We’re looking for a professional with your experience and expertise for a Head – Interior Design position with one of our premium real estate clients, based out of Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professional Interior Designers delivering diverse luxury to mid-range residential and commercial projects .
• Evaluate, identify, and appoint design consultants based on project requirements and scope.
• Drive design concepts aligned with the project vision, positioning, brand standards, and customer expectations .
• Collaborate with senior management and external consultants for design presentations, concept approvals, and timely decision-making.
• Monitor project budgets, design costs, and expenses to ensure adherence to approved financial guidelines.
• Develop and implement detailed project workflows, timelines, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and consultants to ensure seamless design development and project execution .
• Review and monitor design deliverables to ensure adherence to quality, design intent, and project standards .
• Mentor and develop the Interior Design team , enhancing their technical, creative, and conceptual design capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment while driving innovation and design excellence.
