A leading general contractor in the Boise market is adding a Project Executive to its leadership team as part of continued growth.
This firm has built a strong regional reputation for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects and maintains a healthy backlog of upcoming work. The Project Executive will provide leadership across multiple projects and project teams, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, and company leadership to drive successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.

ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level oversight across multiple commercial and industrial construction projectsLead and mentor Project Managers and project teams while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and communicationMonitor project financials, schedules, contracts, staffing, and risk to ensure projects meet company and client expectationsPartner with preconstruction, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and resolve high-level project challenges while maintaining strong client relationshipsSupport operational planning, process improvement, and the continued growth of the organization
Requirements10+ years of progressive construction management experience with a general contractorPrevious leadership experience overseeing Project Managers and multiple concurrent projectsStrong ground-up commercial and/or industrial construction experienceProven track record managing project financial performance, schedules, contracts, and client relationshipsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required
