The Successful Applicant Experience serving as a Superintendent on retail construction projects Background with big-box retail, store remodels, expansions, renovations, or ground-up construction Experience managing projects typically ranging from $3M to $10M+ Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and leadership skills Willingness to travel within a designated region Experience working with nationally recognized retail clients is highly preferred What's on Offer Base Salary: $115,000 - $155,000+ Profit Sharing Program 100% Employer-Paid Healthcare Coverage Vehicle Allowance Daily Per Diem (project-dependent) Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k) Long-term career advancement opportunities
