Seeking occasional babysitter for date nights/backup care for toddler

We are looking for a friendly experienced occasional babysitter to care for our 15 month old daughter. Mainly looking for date nights/day dates and occasional backup care (she is in daycare full time otherwise). The sitter will be responsible for engaging our child in play and activities, ensuring safety, and providing meals/keeping for bedtime as needed. Comfort with pets is required as we have a dog in the home. Ideal candidates should have experience with toddlers and be reliable, caring, and patient. We are first time parents so we value guidance.
