We are building a strong distribution network across Tamil Nadu and are now expanding aggressively in the Madurai region .

Role Objective

To develop the Madurai territory by expanding the dealer network, driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening market presence, and supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving the zone’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint and develop dealers within the assigned territory.
• Generate primary and secondary sales as per monthly targets.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, carpenter meets, fabricator interactions, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure effective retail display, product visibility, and branding execution across the territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Develop relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, carpenters, fabricators, architects, and other key market influencers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, new product launches, and market trends.
• Support collection follow-up and maintain healthy dealer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and Head Office for marketing initiatives, CRM activities, dealer development, and lead conversion.
• Submit regular market reports, visit reports, dealer development updates, and sales performance reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–7 years of experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, hardware, decorative surfaces, or related industries.
• Good dealer and retailer network in Madurai and nearby markets .
• Strong understanding of the local building materials and interior products market.
• Strong sales, negotiation, dealer development, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to territory and market development.
• Ability to identify and convert new dealers and business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
