National Corporate Housing is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day sales and operations of one of our local offices. In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive financial performance, market visibility, and customer loyalty through strong business acumen, team development, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate is results-driven, service-oriented, and passionate about mentoring and managing cross-functional teams to achieve long-term success.

Expectations for Success:
Achieve year-round profitability of the marketHire, manage, and develop high-potential associatesLead, manage, and hold sales and operations team members accountableDrive the success of the business development team, including outside salespeopleAttend sales calls and deliver presentationsAchieve guest satisfaction survey score goalsReview client and guest relations issues and resolve when necessaryPerform periodic inspections to ensure inventory meets quality standardsGain market visibility and increase market share for the CompanyParticipate in industry and local market networking opportunitiesBuild local property partnerships and negotiate fees, terms, and rental ratesDevelop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans that align with organizational goalsEnsure the market adheres to Company standards and policiesManage budgets and P&L, including active participation in the annual budget preparation processReview and/or acquire new housing inventory as neededMaintain appropriate marketing materials for the market through collaboration with the marketing teamOther duties as assigned
