Law Clerk - Litigation Experience

Our established immigration practice, serving clients for over 30 years, with a strong reputation for complex casework and consistent results, seeks an immigration paralegal with one to three years of hands on experience.

You will manage cases from intake through filing. Prepare USCIS and DOL petitions, draft correspondence and maintain case management systems, while collaborating directly with attorneys on a high volume docket. The role offers hands on experience and training across varied immigration matters, with clear pathways for advancement in a technology driven environment.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to throb under deadlines in a dynamic setting. 
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Polish, Ukraine, or another language is a significant advantage for client service. 
A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is required. xzbcwsv Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management tools is essential for efficient workflow.
