At The Design Plexus , we design spaces that are thoughtful, timeless, and detail-driven. We're looking for a Senior Architect who can take ownership of design development, technical detailing, coordination, and execution across projects.

Senior Architect

Experience: 3–5 Years

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong architectural design and space-planning skills
• Experience developing projects from concept through design development
• Strong understanding of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing
• Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
• Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems
• Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams
• Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
• Ability to identify and resolve design and execution-related issues
• Experience coordinating drawings, details, materials, and site requirements
• Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines
• Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Rhino
• D5 Render
• Adobe Photoshop
• MS Office
• AI Tools – Added Advantage
• Revit – Preferred

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Work Location Requirement: This is an office-based role in Mumbai. Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate are welcome to apply.
