About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and payment-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Creation of PO, Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents. Manage accounts payable entries and vendor reconciliations. Coordinate and support vendor onboarding, including documentation and system registration. Coordinate with vendors for invoice and payment-related queries. Assist with payment processing and maintain accurate records. Support month-end closing and finance-related activities. Ensure timely and accurate accounting of transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance; MBA Finance or CMA Inter preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounting. Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
