Experience: 3+ Years (BFSI Experience Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduation
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new business partners.
- Drive sales through the ABP/Partner Channel .
- Train, mentor, and manage partner performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls.
- Build strong partner relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance while consistently achieving business targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI .
- Strong leadership and partner/channel sales experience .
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage business partners.
