Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely processing of accounting transactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices (Bill Passing) and ensure timely accounting entries.
• Perform ledger scrutiny to identify and rectify discrepancies in financial records.
• Carry out general accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any differences between bank statements and books of accounts.
• Manage vendor and customer account reconciliations and clearing of outstanding transactions.
• Record journal entries and maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification, approvals, and payment processing.
• Prepare accounting reports, MIS, and supporting documents for audits.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Qualification

• /
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in bill passing, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, account clearing, and general accounting data entry.
• Experience in SAP (FI Module) or Tally ERP/TallyPrime preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
