THE OPPORTUNITYOur Software Support team is at the heart of MDS. As a Software Support Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, solve complex problems, and help them get the most out of our software and its integrations. Along the way, you'll gain valuable insight into the real estate industry and how property management companies operate.
This is not a typical helpdesk role. Every day brings new challenges, often requiring you to think critically, investigate issues, and piece together solutions. There are no scripts or repetitive routines. You’re not just answering questions; you’re making a real impact. 
You'll also build meaningful relationships with our customers, from everyday software users to business owners and senior executives. At MDS, Support isn't just about resolving tickets; it's about becoming a trusted product and industry expert our customers know they can rely on.

QUALIFICATIONSNo IT or technical support experience? No problem. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to learn. We'll teach you our software through our 3-month training program and give you the tools and support to succeed.
Experience in customer service or other customer-facing role is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while remaining organized and detail-oriented.Excellent follow-up skills and a commitment to seeing issues through to resolution. xzbcwsv Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
Schedule: Full-Time M-FR 8:30AM-5PM ESTSalary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 plus Bonus Opportunity, Benefits and 401k
