Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases and data models
• Build and support complex integrations and data flow processes
• Configure and manage application and integration environments
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Apply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Conduct requirements analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile development using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution activities

Must-Have Requirements

5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET Framework/.NET.

• Experience working within the Asset Management domain (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, database development, and data modeling
• Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations and data flows
• Strong experience working in on-premises Microsoft environments
• Hands-on experience establishing and configuring application and integration environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and release processes
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills
• Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or Blazor
• Understanding of frontend and backend system interactions
• Exposure to full-stack development environments
• Knowledge of API integration and modern frontend architectures
