The Duty-Free Store, located on the Ambassador Bridge Plaza, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee building and equipment maintenance operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, efficient, and well-organized while managing maintenance staff, inventory, supplies, and preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will lead by example, be dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to adapt effectively to changing priorities. Pay: $60-65,000/yr. Schedule options: Sunday 10-3pm, Monday 10-8pm, Thursday 10-8pm, Friday 10-8pm, Saturday 10-8pm OR Sunday 10-3pm,Monday 10-8pm, Tuesday 10-8pm, Friday 10-8pm, Saturday 10-8pm Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach maintenance team members, including corrective action when necessary. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility appearance. Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and supplies. Prioritize and respond to maintenance needs efficiently. Ensure proper coverage and support daily operations. Assist store associates and customers as needed. Qualifications: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Reliable, adaptable, and accountable. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
