Our client is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Department. This role is designed for a technically strong professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, managing client relationships, and leading engagement execution. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chicago’s western suburbs, serving closely held businesses, their owners, and related entities ranging from $1m - $50m in revenue.

While our client is smaller in nature, they've been in business since the 70s and are steadily growing with continued expansion within their tax vertical.

You will need to have the following:
Strong technical foundation across pass-through entities, individual taxation, and multi-state complianceDemonstrated ability to independently manage engagements and make informed technical decisionsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize effectively across competing demandsCPA or EA required
