All Star Healthcare represents a facility in Washington State seeking HemOnc locums coverage.
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

- License: WA license or IMLC

- Patients per Shift: 20
- Beds in Department: 19
- Call Ratio: 1:5
- Coverage Type: Inpatient
- Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
- Call Type: Weeknight Beeper Call and 24-Hour Weekend Beeper Call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday + Call
- Dates of Need: ASAP - March 2027
- Shift Times: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, seeing patients Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with an administrative day on Thursday
- Minimum Shift Requirement: Full-time, 4 weeks per month
- Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8
- Overtime Applies After: 9 hours per day
- License Requirement: Active License or IMLC
- DEA Required: Yes
- Boards: BC Hematology, Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology
- Skills/Certifications: BLS
