Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25
This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM. November 4 and 18
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Type of cases and required procedures: New patient and follow up visits. Hematology and Oncology patients.
- Credentialing timeframe: One week
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Certifications required: Board certification
- Licensure required: Indiana state medical
