Job Description
Our elite global Alternative Investment Fund client is seeking to recruit an Associate to support capital raising and fundraising for the fund's private markets insurance investing strategy.

Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support to senior capital raising team members with pipeline management, investor content and marketing materials and investor relationship management effortsCreate presentations, one-pagers and tailored pitch decks for investors across the insurance ecosystemSupport investor relations and product teams with investor data requests, RFPs and DDQsCollaborate with legal and compliance teams on the review and approval of investor marketing materials and sales collateralPerform CRM and pipeline management including but not limited to, tracking fundraising leads and prospects, recording meeting notes and action items, maintaining contact records, etc.Coordinate marketing and sales collateral and logistics for insurance industry conferences and eventsPrepare senior stakeholders for investor meetings including scheduling, calendar management and travel logisticsPerform insurer research, create briefing books and build relationship timelinesSupport the onboarding of new investors including the handoff of new investors to the investor relations teamAnalyze competitors, NAIC regulations and developments and insurance market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree2+ years of private markets capital raising / fundraising or investor relations support experience at an alternative investment fundExposure xzbcwsv to insurance investment strategies strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to create compelling and polished investor presentations and sales collateralStrong data analysis skills and demonstrated experience with CRM systems such as SalesforceAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsThe ability to learn the dynamic insurance ecosystem quicklyHighly motivated and detail oriented with strong problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced pressure filled environment with little supervision
