Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Pedagogy

• Deliver Lectures: Teach core and elective courses in Marketing (e.g., Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management) and Human Resource Management (e.g., Strategic HRM, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Behavior).
• Curriculum Development: Design, update, and review course syllabi, lecture plans, and evaluation matrices in line with industry trends and NEP/university guidelines.
• Innovative Learning: Utilize case-based teaching, simulations, corporate guest lectures, and experiential learning tools.
• Student Assessment: Conduct continuous internal assessments, examinations, and project evaluations objectively, providing constructive feedback.

2. Research & Scholarly Activity

• Publications: Actively engage in high-quality academic research and publish papers in peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed, or UGC-listed journals.
• Conferences: Present research findings at national and international conferences.
• Grants & Projects: Explore consultancy opportunities and apply for research grants from recognized bodies.

3. Student Mentorship & Administration

• Mentoring: Act as an academic advisor and mentor to students, guiding them on career paths, higher education, and corporate readiness.
• Project Supervision: Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students through their capstone projects, internships, and dissertations.
• Institutional Support: Participate actively in departmental meetings, accreditation committees (NAAC, AACSB, NBA, etc.), examination duties, and cultural/co-curricular events
