What you'll doOwn searches from intake to placement, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders rather than a résumé vendorLead client intake conversations and translate them into sharp, precise search strategiesSource and engage passive, high performing candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, and your growing networkScreen, qualify, and present candidates with polished, insight rich candidate presentationsGuide candidates and clients through interviews, offer negotiation, and the final stretch to placementKeep clients informed with a consistent weekly cadence, and hold them to a shared standard of fast feedback and professionalismDevelop new client relationships and grow existing ones, this is a business building role, not just a desk roleStay close to your successful hires with check ins after start, so every placement becomes a lasting relationship
What you bringA track record in executive search, recruiting, staffing, or consultative business development, with healthcare or pharmacy experience a strong plusAn entrepreneurial mindset, you're energized by building relationships and pipeline, not just filling requisitionsA consultative style, with the credibility to hold your own in conversations with senior executivesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDiscipline and organization, you're comfortable managing multiple searches with precisionCuriosity about a complex industry, and the drive to become a genuine expert in it
