Job Title: Sales Executive - Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Voice Process team. The role involves engaging with customers over calls, promoting products/services, generating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Accurately maintain customer records and sales updates in the system.
• Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criterisia:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working
• 9 Hours Shift
• Weekly off as per roster/business requirements.
• Important Note :No leaves will be approved during the first 3 months of employment (training/probation period)
