Hiring: Customer Support Associate – Backend | Jaipur

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Backend) to join our Steno Process in Jaipur.

Position Details

Position: Customer Support Associate – Backend

Process: Steno

Experience: 6+ months (Mandatory)

Location: Jaipur

Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Manage backend support activities related to billing and invoicing.
• Process and verify invoices, billing details, and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective query resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined processes.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer support/backend operations.
• Billing & Invoicing experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of billing and invoice-related processes.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with backend systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
