Senior Hardware / PCB Design Engineer (Altium & OrCAD)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware & PCB Design Engineer with strong proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence OrCAD to lead the design and layout of complex, multi-layer printed circuit boards. This role focuses on combining high-power density and high-frequency RF/digital stages , managing fast switching noise, enforcing strict Creepage and Clearance safety isolation, and ensuring high-reliability EMI/EMC compliance .

Job Description :

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in multi-layer PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer and Cadence OrCAD Capture / Allegro .
• Expertise in high-power layout ($\text{GaN/SiC}$ switching stages, high-current copper management, thermal via design).
• Solid knowledge of Creepage & Clearance rules ( IPC-2221, IEC 60664-1, IEC 62368-1).
• Deep understanding of EMI/EMC mitigation (CISPR 25/32, IEC 61000) and board-level noise control.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
