Job Opening: Graphic Designer

Location: Mangaluru (Onsite Only)

Position: Full Time

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on evaluation

About Kamath Solutions

Kamath Solutions is a brand strategy and marketing agency based in Mangaluru. We work with a select set of clients across fitness, hospitality, aesthetics and consumer brands. We are in the middle of rebranding ourselves at the moment, so there is not much to see online yet. Whoever joins will be part of that work, which means your first project could be our own identity.

About the Role

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team. The work is mainly design for social media, print and brand identity. You will own the design output for a set of clients and take projects from brief to final files, working directly with the founder. There are no layers in between, so you get direct feedback and quick decisions rather than long approval chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design for social media, digital and print, at a steady weekly output
• Building brand identities, including logos, colour, typography and basic guidelines
• Applying and maintaining brand systems consistently across client work
• Preparing print ready files and coordinating with printers
• Occasional packaging and multi page layout work
• Contributing to our own rebranding, including identity and collateral

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional design experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• InDesign is useful but can be picked up
• A portfolio showing at least one or two identities you have built yourself, not only work done inside an existing brand system
• A good eye for typography, colour and layout
• Ability to handle several clients at once and keep to deadlines without being chased
• Nice to have: packaging design and print production

Additional Information

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
