Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Admissions Counselor, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves counseling prospective students, providing information about training programs, assisting with admissions processes, and maintaining a customer-focused approach. Building strong relationships with candidates, providing personalized support, and contributing to sales targets by guiding students toward enrollment decisions are key responsibilities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective learners in making informed career and educational decisions.

• Understand individual learning goals and recommend suitable training programs.

• Manage student inquiries, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and enrollment processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.

• Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the admission journey.

• Achieve enrollment and counseling targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Academic Counseling, Student Advisory, Admissions, EdTech, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

• Goal-oriented with a learner-focused approach.

• IT Career counseling experience is must
