Connect Legal Partners is seeking a dedicated HR professional to lead our nationwide trainee solicitor programme, from recruitment through qualification. You will own onboarding, induction, and ongoing development for trainees, ensuring compliance with training contracts and SQE pathways.You will oversee seat rotations, appraisals, vacation schemes, and NQ recruitment, while monitoring trainee wellbeing and collaborating with course providers on SQE sponsorship within a supportive HR team.
