We at Jio are hiring for State Compliance Lead Key requirements are 1. Education: LLB 2. Experience of 6-10 years Job Description 1. Monitoring end-to-end compliance with statutory laws on an ongoing basis, intimating the concerned stakeholders on the statutory requirements, resolving the queries raised by the stakeholders, ensuring compliance within timelines and periodic reporting of the compliance status. 2. Reviewing the applicable laws on a regular basis to track the statutory/regulatory changes and supporting the reporting manager in mapping compliance obligation in the Compliance Monitoring System to the stakeholders. 3. Driving Compliance Awareness across the Circle periodically. 4. Conduct regular compliance audits, coordinate corrective actions and monitor closure timelines. 5. Manage the Notice Management System to ensure timely resolution of all notices. 6. Coordinate with Functional Heads and stakeholders to effectively implement compliance and governance systems.
