This is a fully remote position.
We have amazing people who are the driving force, the inspiration and foundation of our company. Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities via phone, email and chat
Collect on accounts where appropriate
Help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations to clients on service/product use where appropriate
Demonstrated ability to manage your workday with little guidance
Active listening skills to determine customer needs and a best course of action
Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
Familiarity with computers and telephone etiquette
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear and concise directions to customers
High School diploma or equivalent
