Quality Management Specialist

Hiring for one of the leading Global MNC . Experience Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans, procedures, and inspection processes. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality management requirements. Establish project QA/QC objectives and quality performance metrics. Monitor and improve quality processes to achieve project quality targets. Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Conduct routine site inspections and quality surveillance activities. Monitor critical construction activities including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works. Ensure proper material inspection, testing, and approval processes are followed. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies. Review material test reports, laboratory results, and quality records. Ensure all quality documentation is maintained and fully traceable. Monitor calibration of testing and measuring equipment. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions. Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis. Implement corrective and preventive measures to eliminate recurrence. Track closure of NCRs and quality observations. Plan and conduct internal quality audits. Participate in external audits by clients, consultants, and certification bodies. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor subcontractor quality performance and compliance with project requirements. Lead, mentor, and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel. Conduct quality awareness sessions and technical training programs. Promote a proactive quality culture across project teams. Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and management review presentations. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates. Monitor KPIs including NCR trends, rework rates, inspection pass rates, and customer complaints. Present quality performance updates and improvement initiatives to senior management.
