Sales Head – EV Chargers

Company: PlugUp EV Location: Chandigarh Product Range: AC and DC EV Chargers up to 360 kW We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and accelerate PlugUp’s growth in the EV charging industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the EV charger sales team Develop and execute sales strategies across India Drive sales of AC and DC chargers up to 360 kW Build relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, dealerships, corporates, government agencies and infrastructure developers Manage key accounts, channel partners and institutional clients Monitor sales targets, pipelines, conversions and team performance Coordinate with technical, project and service teams for successful execution Candidate Profile: Proven experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, power electronics or related industries Strong team-management and business-development capabilities Existing industry relationships will be preferred Willingness to travel across India Target-oriented with strong commercial and negotiation skills Interested candidates may send their CV to with the subject: Application – Sales Head, EV Chargers
