Job Title: Part-Time IT Specialist (Email Deliverability & IT Support)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time IT Specialist to manage our email deliverability infrastructure, domain health, IT systems, and employee technical support.

Inbox deliverability is a critical responsibility for this role. Experience supporting cold email infrastructure and maintaining high email deliverability rates is strongly preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Check domain and sender IP blacklists daily. Monitor inbox deliverability and email account health. Review SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS records for issues. Monitor Microsoft 365, Exchange, Send Grid, and Google Postmaster. Check email quarantine reports and restricted entities. Ensure outbound emails are being delivered successfully. Verify email accounts and cold email infrastructure are functioning properly. Troubleshoot deliverability issues and take corrective actions. Provide remote support for employee system and hardware issues. Track and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner. Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.

Requirements

Experience managing email deliverability and domain reputation. Strong knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online. Experience with Send Grid or similar email delivery platforms. Understanding of cold email infrastructure and inbox placement best practices. Experience troubleshooting Windows systems, laptops, and common hardware issues. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience with Instantly.ai (preferred but not required). Experience with Google Postmaster Tools.
