We are hiring for a leading premium menswear fashion brand looking for a dynamic business leader with a strong foundation in Fashion Design/Product Development who has successfully evolved into a commercial and business leadership role.
This is a high-impact opportunity to drive business growth, product strategy, brand direction, and profitability for an established fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own the brand's P&L and deliver sustainable business growth.
Define product, merchandising, and category strategies aligned with consumer insights.
Drive brand positioning, seasonal planning, pricing, and GTM strategies.
Collaborate across design, sourcing, retail, marketing, and sales functions.
Improve inventory efficiency, margins, and retail productivity.
Lead business transformation initiatives while balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
10 to 20 years of experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
Educational background in Fashion Design/NIFT or equivalent.
Began career in Design/Product Development and transitioned into Business/Brand Leadership.
Strong understanding of merchandising, product creation, sourcing, retail, and consumer trends.
Proven experience managing large businesses, driving profitability, and leading cross-functional teams.
Exposure to premium menswear or lifestyle brands will be preferred
