Amazon is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support AWS Legal in a fast‑paced, customer‑obsessed environment. You will advise on complex cloud and enterprise technology deals, draft and negotiate commercial, licensing, and data protection agreements, and counsel business and product teams on regulatory, privacy, and security matters. You’ll design scalable legal frameworks, improve templates and processes, and collaborate across functions to enable compliant, innovative AWS services that serve global customers at scale.
