What You’ll DoAs a BCBA, you will:Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior TechniciansDevelop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plansConduct parent training and caregiver supportComplete clinical supervision and case oversightConduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progressCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
What We’re Looking For BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
