POSITIO N SUMMARY The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for providing support and coaching to an assigned territory of franchise/license operated restaurant locations while working as a liaison for the Company. This position assists franchisees in an effort to elevate operational consistency, strengthen franchise partnerships, protect the brand, enhance guest experience, and drive disciplined execution across assigned markets. By developing franchisee capability and ensuring operational excellence, the role ultimately delivers sustainable sales growth and franchisee profitability.
