The Assistant Manager, Operation Theater is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of OT services through effective coordination of surgical schedules, staff, equipment, and resources. The role ensures compliance with patient safety, infection control, quality standards, and departmental SOPs while optimizing OT utilization and operational performance. Additionally, the position supports staff supervision, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality surgical care.
