Business Unit: EPSMobility Role: The Technical Leader for Motor Control Unit (MCU) is responsinle to own the product strategy, roadmap, and technical direction for our motor control platform(s). This role blends deep motor control expertise with product leadership—defining the vision, aligning cross?functional execution, shaping the architecture, and delivering market?winning features with measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Define multi?year product vision and platform strategy for MCU?based motor control (features, performance tiers, safety, cybersecurity, connectivity). Build 2–3 year product roadmaps and quarterly release plans balancing new features, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction. Create segment?specific variants with reusable core components and
