Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:Ideal experience will be in process engineering, technician, process improvement; with electrical & mechanical skills. Excellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to read SOPs, technical diagrams, blueprints, etc. These roles will be working closely with the Process Engineers. Onsite at TSMCTravel International & Domestic for training (20%)

Responsibilities:Performs on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipmentTroubleshoots equipment problemsMaintains records and reports as requiredCoordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptionsOrders and installs partsResponds to emergency service calls as requiredInstructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenancePerform upgrades and modifications to equipment as neededRemain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materialsIncumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, tools, etc. Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to both TEA and customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s).

Experience:2+ year previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment

Qualifications:Excellent customer interface skills is requiredMechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate toolsThorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required. Physical Demands and Work Conditions: A clean room garment may be required to be worn for lengthy periods of time. PPE is Required including, not limited to, consistent wearing of safety glasses, safety shoes and a bump capEducation:Associates degree in electronics, engineering, or other applicable field of study; Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology preferred. Desired technical degree, ie Chemical EngineeringAdditional Qualifications:Shift Hours: Standard Day Shift
