Accounts Payable Accountant

Seeking an accounting professional with strong general ledger, journal entry, and inventory purchase order accounting experience. This role is heavily focused on processing and reconciling inventory-driven purchase orders through three-way matching (PO, receiving, and invoice documentation), ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include vendor invoice processing, account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, payment runs, and maintaining audit-ready records.
