The RN will oversee 24-hour supervision, ensure quality standards, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. In the absence of the Administrator, the DON assumes center operations.

This role requires an RN licensed in the state, a nursing degree, and leadership experience in long-term or acute care.
