Job Description
3DX Operation Support
Experience: 6-12yrs
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
- Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE .
- Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data.
- Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with 3DX apps like Change Management , Engineering Central, Product Structure Editor.
- Knowledge of configuration and customization of 3DX workflows
