Position Overview:

The TAC Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to corporate clients, resolving network-related issues, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The role involves troubleshooting, ticket management, and coordination with internal teams to maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot network issues related to CPE devices (routers, switches, etc.).
• Respond to queries related to last mile media technologies (i.e Fiber (GPON/Metro), VSAT, Wireless (Radio P2P/P2MP & 4G LTE & WiFi) etc.)
• Ensure complaints are resolved within defined timelines (SLAs).
• Log, track, and manage incident tickets in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and earliest resolution.
• Maintain strong client communication and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• 2–3 years of relevant network troubleshooting experience.
• Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, switching (STP, VLANs), and routing (BGP, OSPF & IS-IS).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• CCNA/CCNP certification or training.
• Knowledge of Linux, virtual machines, and basic network security.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
