Position Overview:

Technically qualified Production Manager to lead Production at Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical for ensuring smooth production, compliance with food/pharma standards, and efficient plant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.
• Oversee recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
• Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.
• Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.
• 10–12 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
• Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.
• People manager experience.
