We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Mumbai Based Applicants Only)

Looking for someone who understands how social media actually works — not just posting, but thinking, structuring, and executing content consistently in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for someone starting out and looking to gain hands-on experience.

We're looking for someone who can own a client's social media account end-to-end.

This is a client-facing role, so communication is everything.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Build comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage multiple client accounts with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

• Lead content ideation, campaign planning, and monthly content calendars.

• Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain quality control across every piece of content before it goes live.

• Delegate work efficiently and keep projects moving without constant follow-ups.

• Ensure deliverables are consistently completed on time—or preferably ahead of schedule.

• Understand trends, platform updates, and organic growth strategies beyond just following viral formats.

• Analyze content performance and translate insights into better creative decisions.

We're looking for someone who's proactive, highly organized, and takes complete ownership of the brands they manage.

•⁠ ⁠Clear communication and ownership of work

•⁠ ⁠Highly reliable with timelines and execution (non-negotiable)

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-moving setup with quick turnarounds

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented and consistent in execution

•⁠ ⁠Strong sense of visual taste and understanding of content aesthetics

•⁠ ⁠Bonus: Background in filmmaking, video creation, or storytelling

Tools you should be comfortable with:

•⁠ ⁠Social platforms

•⁠ ⁠Meta Business Suite / scheduling tools

•⁠ ⁠Notion / Google Sheets

•⁠ ⁠Canva (or similar basic design tools)

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of AI tools (bonus if you actively use them)
