The RoleOur client is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale structural and mass concrete projects ($100M–$600M+). You'll blend hands-on field leadership with meaningful office-based contribution – leading project execution while participating in bid reviews, estimating sessions, forecasting, and workforce planning alongside senior leadership.
This is a pivotal growth moment for the client: headcount and profit expected to roughly double within 1–2 years, with genuine internal pathways to General Manager roles.
Project ScopeDeep foundations, cast-in-place concrete, mass concrete, drilled shafts, pile driving, data center structural work, underground utilities, and large-scale civil infrastructure. Typical projects reach $300–600M across structural and concrete scopes.
Working ModelLocation: Milwaukee or Chicagoland preferred; non-local candidates considered if genuinely comfortable flying into Milwaukee for week-long in-office meetings.Schedule: Mainly office-based for bid reviews, estimating, and forecasting; 25% travel in 3–4 week on-site rotations followed by one week home.
