Construction Manager

HilltopHoldings is looking to hire a Construction Manager. This position oversees the completion of corporate and field related construction projects, which will include both new construction and remodels. Success in this role requires communication, negotiation and relationship skills that support the active management of the existing network along with the ability to add new partners where necessary. Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance. Must be able to manage several projects at one time while paying close attention to details within the contracts and timelines. General knowledge of commercial construction management gained through approximately 10 years of relevant project management
