Hands-on Observability Lead: Strategy & Telemetry

H is seeking a Senior Observability Lead to own the strategy, design, and rollout of our observability across the entire stack. You will surface critical insights to guide key decisions and measure progress across products and services. You will stay hands-on while directing a scalable stack, defining SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, and collaborating with infrastructure, product, engineering and research teams.
