Etsy Digital Product Creator / Canva Designer

Job Description : We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, commercially focused Etsy Digital Product Creator to research, design, develop and prepare high-quality original digital products for international customers, particularly in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia.

Key responsibilities

Digital Product Design & Development

• Design planners, calendars, journals, trackers, checklists, worksheets, workbooks, digital stationery and editable templates.
• Develop business templates, budgeting tools, financial trackers, invoices, resume templates and productivity resources.
• Create editable Canva templates, print-ready PDFs, and customer-ready downloads.
• Develop product variations, collections and bundles with consistent layouts and branding.

Market & Product Research

• Research Etsy digital product trends, potential niches and customer needs.
• Review competitor positioning, product quality, pricing and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager on product briefs and priorities; create differentiated original work.

Packaging and Listing Assets

• Produce product mockups, listing thumbnails and preview imagery.
• Package PDF, PNG, JPG, ZIP and editable files as appropriate, with clear customer instructions.
• Test downloads, template access and page formats before delivery.

Quality and Collaboration

• Maintain organized source files and final downloadable assets.
• Check product accuracy, originality and commercial licenses for third-party elements.
• Complete revisions, address quality feedback and meet agreed production schedules.

Job Specification

Required skills

• Advanced Canva capability and strong graphic design, typography and layout skills.
• Experience creating usable digital products (not only social media graphics).
• Ability to produce professional mockups and downloadable product packages.
• Good written English, organization and attention to detail.
• Understanding of originality, copyright and applicable commercial licenses.

Preferred skills

• Prior Etsy digital products portfolio.
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar graphic design tools.
• Excel / Google Sheets template design.
• Responsible use of AI assistance in ideation and content production.

Performance expectations

• Agree a monthly production plan with the Store Manager.
• Target approximately 35–50 approved products monthly after onboarding, adjusted for product complexity.
• Deliver original, fully tested files with editable source assets and low revision rates.
