We’re hiring multiple Fundraising & Marketing Assistants to represent charitable campaigns at community events and busy public spots across Baton Rouge.
You’ll be the friendly face of each campaign. You’ll start conversations, share the story behind the cause, and help people sign up as supporters. It’s people-focused, goal-driven work, and you’ll learn fundraising and marketing skills that open doors in nonprofits, sales, and beyond. No experience needed. We’ll train you from day one.
What You’ll DoRepresent charitable campaigns at community events and high-traffic locations around Baton RougeStart warm, genuine conversations and explain each campaign clearly and accuratelyHelp interested people sign up as supporters, with care and professionalismWork toward daily campaign and fundraising goals alongside your teamHelp with event setup and the day-to-day running of campaignsLearn how fundraising and marketing campaigns are planned, tracked, and improvedTake part in regular coaching on communication, persuasion, and campaign skills
