Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the HR strategy aligned with company objectives for our employees including caregivers.Lead compliance across all employment laws and healthcare regulations specific to employees.Own employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy and benefits administration.Build recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning programs.Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting or liaise with external recruiters as neededMaintain accurate and organized employee records and documentationSupport payroll administration by partnering with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processingDevelop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and HR systems.Coach leaders on talent, organizational design, and performance.Lead and develop the HR team.
Ideal Candidate7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, not necessary, but a plus if it’s regulated healthcare or home care.Experience leading or supporting employee investigations, terminations, and performance management conversationsExperience supporting or managing payroll processes and systems in partnership with billingExpertise in employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.Strong communication skills.High ownership and execution mindset.Analytical, organized, and systems-oriented. xzbcwsv High emotional intelligence and coaching capability.
